Refund policy

At MONTONE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic furniture purchase. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@montone.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part. Custom-built or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
