Shipping policy

MONTONE delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom and select European destinations. Standard delivery is free of charge on all orders and typically takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge and is estimated to arrive within 1–2 working days. Orders are processed on the next working day after payment is confirmed. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or adverse weather. Large items such as office chairs may require a two-person delivery — we will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable time. For EU deliveries, please allow additional time for customs clearance where applicable.
